About The Journal

Journal of Economic & Business Law Review (JEBLR) is a fully open access peer-reviewed academic journal on economic and business law, including sharia economic and sharia business law. The Journal aims to encourage and cultivate current legal scholarships on economic and business law. The Journal is published by the University of Jember and its management is under the Center for Banking Law Studies, Faculty of Law, the University of Jember.  Since its inception in 2021, it has embraced more students, lecturers, legal practitioners, economics and business practitioners in Indonesia. The Journal is published twice a year in May and November.
